RBH holds 51% of Bafokeng Concor Technicrete, a joint venture with Concor Holdings.
Bafokeng Concor Technicrete was formed in 2005 through the sale of 49% of Bafokeng Brick and Tile to Concor Technicrete, a division of Concor Holdings (Pty) Limited.
The rationale for the joint venture was the merging of an operating entity in a high-demand region (Rustenburg) with the skills base and technical product knowledge of Concor Technicrete.
