The RBH team is highly qualified. All managers and directors have tertiary qualifications and relevant experience and expertise in their respective fields. Most employees have financial qualifications as well as investment management or corporate finance experience, which is core to our business. The 23-member team includes five members of the RBN.
In addition, RBSH employes a further six people in Phokeng of which five are Bafokeng and three are female.
The combined RBH and RBSH workforce is 86% black, 55% female and 34% Bafokeng.
RBH prides itself on promoting the development of employees. An internal bursary scheme provides access to financial assistance with studies that are relevant to employees’ personal development within the business, at an institution of their choice. In addition, RBH recruits trainees who are undertaking post-graduate studies in areas that are relevant to the business. We also employ students who are currently studying towards financial qualifications and who require vacation work.
