HR & Transformation

The HR and Transformation division partners and supports the business in delivery of its strategy. As the RBH core function is investments, it is critical that the resourcing and management of the talent in the Strategic Investment team is prioritized. All labour law and compliance issues are part of the responsibility of the HR function. The HR value chain that addresses the life cycle of an employee - from attraction, recruitment, reward and compensation, performance management, employee wellness, human resources development and the facilitation of exiting if necessary - is managed by this role. In addition, support is given to other RBN businesses if required. In parallel, we support our investee companies in their succession plans and human capital development.

The transformation role focuses not only internally, but more on the advisory and facilitative role to the investee companies. The tracking of the investee companies on their transformation strategy is done quarterly.
