The choir of the Lebone II School of the Royal Bafokeng in Phokeng travelled to Johannesburg to bring a festive air to the listing of South African Coal Mining Holdings(SACMH) Limited on the main board of the JSE Limited today (Monday, 20 August 2007). Royal Bafokeng Holdings (RBH) is the black economic empowerment partner in SACMH with a 50.1% interest in controlling shareholder Royal Bafokeng Capital (RBC). The choir is photographed above with senior executives of SACMH, RBC and RBH.

Yomhlaba Resources Limited (previous share code YBA) has changed its name to South African Coal Mining Holdings Limited effective as of today, Monday 20 August 2007. The new share code of the company is SAH and the new ISIN code is ZAE000102034.

Shareholders are also reminded that the shares will be consolidated on a one for ten basis as of opening of trade today. The consolidated shares will have a par value of ten cents per share.

Following the consolidation and name change, all the required corporate actions will have been completed.
