Lungelwa joined RBH in 2017 as Head of RBH’s Infrastructure Portfolio. She is responsible for the development and execution of the Infrastructure Investment Strategy for the company. She provides oversight on the existing Infrastructure portfolio of assets and represents RBH in various boards. She has a wealth of knowledge in the Infrastructure sector, having worked on a number of energy projects, toll roads, property and social infrastructure.
Prior to joining RBH, she was an Investment Principal with IDEAS Fund, an infrastructure fund managed by Old Mutual Alternative Investments (now part of African Infrastructure Investment Managers) for over 11-years. Her role involved deal origination and execution of infrastructure investments such as energy, transport and public-private partnerships and management of assets post construction phase. She also managed the Fund’s real estate portfolio and represented Old Mutual Life Assurance Company (SA) on a number of boards of various infrastructure assets and funding structures.
Lungelwa has more than 18 years' work experience in the investment industry and held various positions in the asset management industry, corporate and project finance advisory as well as infrastructure fund management.

Chimwala joined RBH in 2017 as an Investment Manager in the Infrastructure team. He is responsible for evaluating, executing of infrastructure transactions and management of the assets post transaction. He represents RBH on various boards.
Chimwala has a wealth of knowledge with 9 years’ experience in the investment industry including equity investments, corporate lending and project finance. Prior to joining RBH, Chimwala worked in the Structured Finance team at the Development Bank of Southern Africa (DBSA) as a Financial Analyst, where he was responsible for analysis and structuring of debt investments for infrastructure deals on the continent. He worked on transactions in various sectors including power generation – both thermal and renewable, oil and gas infrastructure, telecommunications and transport. Prior to DBSA, Chimwala worked for The Norwegian investment fund for Developing Countries (Norfund) as an Associate, within the team that was responsible for making direct equity investments in Southern Africa.

Prior to joining RBH in 2014, David was a director and head of Mergers and Acquisitions for sub-Saharan Africa at Deutsche Bank, SA in 2004. He was an Associate Director, Corporate Finance at HSBC South Africa and Vice President Corporate Finance at ING Barings, South Africa. He is a non-executive director on the boards of the following companies; Royal Bafokeng Platinum Limited, RMB Holdings Limited, RMI Holdings Limited and Liquid Telecom Limited.

Muhammad was appointed as a Manager in the investments team at Royal Bafokeng Holdings in 2015, having previously worked in the investment industry in different roles at Barclays/Absa Capital, Old Mutual Investment Group SA and the National Treasury and has 7 years experience in the investment industry, specialised in property and consumer related investment. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Science (Finance and Economics); CFA Charter Candidate and completed Level II of the CFA qualification.

Lethabo joined RBH in 2014 as an intern where he was exposed to a suit of RBH’s investment sectors. He has gained a wealth of experience working across various sectors including but not limited to financial services, property, mining services and infrastructure.

Katlego is an Investment Manager in RBH’s Investment team and has over seven years’ experience in investments. He joined RBH in 2011 and was appointed as a junior Investment Manager in 2012. He was part of the team that developed and executed the company’s energy strategy and has specialised in multiple sectors including telecommunications, resources, media, asset management and property. Katlego is currently in the resources and industrials team focusing on the Telecommunications sector and represents RBH as a director on the boards of Liquid Telecoms South Africa, DHL Express SA, T-Jet Helicopters.

Udo joined the RBH Investments team in July 2016, where he currently heads the Resources and Industrials Portfolio. Prior to moving to RBH, Udo was a Senior Resource Finance Transactor in Rand Merchant Bank’s Investment Banking division. Udo has extensive experience in the areas of BEE structuring and financing, and providing financing solutions to South African mining corporates.

Mcebo has 3 years’ experience in financial services. He joined RBH in 2017 having previously been at Barclays where he worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in Corporate Finance and M&A. Through his experience in both Johannesburg and London, Mcebo specialised in research and analysis across various sectors as well as company valuations and financial modelling. Prior to joining Barclays, he worked as an Operations Consultant at Allan Gray, one of the leading and largest private asset management firms in the country where his focus areas were client services and investment administration.
