Royal Bafokeng Holdings completes the sale of its stake in MB Technologies

Royal Bafokeng Holdings (“RBH”) has sold its 55% stake in the MB Technologies Group to Investec, with effect from 31 December 2013. This is in line with RBH’s strategy of investing in fewer, high growth sectors.

RBH is the primary investment vehicle of the Royal Bafokeng Nation (RBN), a community of approximately 150 000 Tswana-speaking people with substantial minerals-rich land holdings in South Africa’s North West Province.
