Our strategy is to diversify our portfolio to ensure that it is not reliant on one sector.

We began the first stages of the diversification of our assets in 2005 and continue to do so. In 2006, the gross asset value of our portfolio was R22.4 billion and through the improved quality of our portfolio, we have seen a significant increase over the last decade. Our 2024 net asset value of our portfolio was R56 billion
